Our training manuals include course content, exercises and useful tools and techniques on the topics covered. Our manuals are a point of reference for participants, enabling them to continually evaluate their success and implement the skills learnt.
Beyond our Seminars
VBS Seminars have an edge over other training providers as we provide continued support after each session and also allow participant to refresh the previously attended seminar for 50% off.
Support
We communicate with all participants to ensure session teaching have been implemented and provide feedback to deal with any post-training issues.
Refresh
VBS will allow all participants to refress themself on the seminar topic within 18 months of their first session at a discounted rate.
Action Plans and Follow-up Training
To ensure the concepts and skills introduced in our seminars are implemented into the workplace, Vogue Business Solutions is ready to incorporate an "action plan" section at the end of any training program. This section will constitute an integral part of the training and will be completed by the participants before the closing of the program.
If requested by the client, we can also design a follow-up training session and/or consult with the client to assist with the implementation of the learning and to deal with any post-training issues.
Our cancellation & rescheduling policy
Vogue Business Solutions accepts cancellations if is notified in writing more than 7 working days prior to the course date, and will refund the course cost, less a $55 registration fee. One confirmed attendance date can be transferred without charge, per enrolment, where Vogue Business Solutions has been notified in writing more than 7 working days before the course date. All subsequent transfers will attract a fee of $55. Transfers or cancellations received less then 7 working days of course commencement will incur a 100% fee of the total course cost. Vogue Business Solutions will not take any responsibility for travel and accommodation costs incurred
